We would appreciate it very much if you would formulate your questions
precisely, in a form suitable for subsequent inclusion in the list of
questions and answers. If you inform us of product operation problems,
please apply files logs\*.log, conf\eserv.ini and a detailed description
of the situation. If you have setup questions, please describe the
configuration of your network, the Internet access software,
and enclose the current setup file conf\eserv.ini. Also, please tell us
the number of the Eserv version you use and the build number
(provided in the section "Information" in the Setup Program).
If you use a commercial version, tell us your registration name,
and your questions will be processed in a priority mode.
